Amber L. Weeks

Amber L. Weeks, partner at Noble Vrapi, leads the Albuquerque, New Mexico office. She expertly handles cases involving family petitions, green card applications, waivers, naturalization, citizenship, and U Visas for crime victims. Her proficiency in Spanish enhances her ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Ms. Weeks is a prominent member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), frequently speaking at national and regional conferences. She has authored practice advisories on topics such as marriage-based immigration, naturalization, waivers, and removal proceedings. As co-chair of the AILA National Distance Learning Committee and a member of the AILA National USCIS Field Operations Committee, her influence is significant.

Graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2010, Ms. Weeks earned the Highest Academic Achievement award, received Clinical Honors, and served as Managing Editor of the Natural Resources Journal.
