Andrea Davis

Andrea Davis is a committed attorney practicing in North Carolina, with a strong connection to her roots in Greensboro. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and completed her law degree cum laude at Elon University School of Law in 2012.

Since starting her legal career in 2012, Andrea has gained extensive experience in civil litigation across North Carolina, expanding her practice to include Florida in 2018. Her litigation experience spans both District and Superior Court, addressing issues in employment law, business disputes, estate matters, and family law. Her legal expertise also covers collections, real property, business and contract law, transactional real estate, and she has represented clients in EEOC investigations and National Labor Board complaints, as well as conducting mediations.

At Garrett, Walker, Aycoth & Altamura, LLP, Andrea focuses on family law and civil litigation. She also contributes to the academic community as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Elon University School of Law, coaching law students in moot court competitions. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading mystery and science fiction novels.
