Stephanie Goldsborough

Stephanie Goldsborough has established herself as a leader in criminal defense with a strong commitment to public service. A graduate of Salem College with honors, she earned her J.D. from Campbell Law School. Stephanie's legal career began with a focus on aiding those in need, working with Legal Aid and the Public Defender’s office.

Her role as a domestic violence attorney for Legal Aid of Northwest North Carolina involved litigating 50B actions and custody matters. She also conducted pro se divorce and custody clinics in Forsyth County and authored pro se litigation materials. Stephanie's tenure at the Forsyth County Public Defender’s office saw her representing numerous indigent clients in both misdemeanor and felony cases across District and Superior Courts.

In 2015, Stephanie transitioned to private practice, successfully managing diverse domestic and criminal litigation cases in Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, Guilford, and Randolph Counties. Her practice remains rooted in her unwavering dedication to justice and fairness. Ms. Goldsborough is currently accepting new clients in her Asheboro office for all areas of criminal law, including DWI/DUI, assault/battery, drug charges, and probation violations.
