Jason Weinstock

Jason M. Weinstock, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies, earned his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law in 1993. His practice is centered on Workers’ Compensation, Union Side Labor Law, and Employee Rights, where he has gained notable recognition.

Mr. Weinstock has been acknowledged in The Best Lawyers in America and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for his exceptional work representing injured workers in the field of Workers’ Compensation. He was also highlighted as a Rising Star in the Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” by Philadelphia Magazine. In 2014, he was honored as the Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimant’s Lawyer of the Year in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

His legal practice includes admissions to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Middle District Court. He holds a certification as a Specialist in the Practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Mr. Weinstock has served as Past President of the Dauphin County Workers’ Compensation Section. He frequently addresses labor organizations on labor-related issues and has led numerous Continuing Legal Education Programs on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation.
