Michael Anthony Carrucoli

Michael Carrucoli is the founding member and partner of Carrucoli and Associates, a law firm dedicated to criminal defense, particularly in DUI Defense and alcohol and drug-related offenses. He began his academic journey at Rutger’s University before obtaining his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in Carlisle, PA.

Mr. Carrucoli launched his legal career at a small law firm in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and later served as a York County Assistant Attorney in York, Pennsylvania. In this role, he gained extensive courtroom experience, handling numerous cases before judges and juries and representing clients in the York County Drug Treatment Court.

As a seasoned criminal defense attorney, Mr. Carrucoli has defended clients against charges ranging from homicide and aggravated assault to major drug offenses. His practice has successfully represented individuals across south central Pennsylvania in various felony and misdemeanor cases, including DUI, drug offenses, assault, robbery, burglary, and sex crimes.

Mr. Carrucoli's career includes significant positions such as serving on the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and contributing to the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency in Harrisburg. He was also involved with the Dauphin County Victim/Witness Assistance Program of the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office in Harrisburg.

A member of the Pennsylvania, Dauphin County, York County, and Cumberland County Bar Associations, Mr. Carrucoli was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and remains a lifelong resident of south central Pennsylvania.
