David A. Siegel

David A. Siegel is an accomplished attorney specializing in personal injury and catastrophic injury law. Based in Bartlett, Tennessee, he earned both his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Tennessee. In 2007, he was honored with the Edmund Muskie Pro Bono Award by the American Bar Association in San Francisco.

Mr. Siegel has been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2008 through 2018 by Law & Politics magazine. He was also listed among the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Tennessee in 2010, 2011, and 2015, and among the Top 50 Super Lawyers in Memphis in 2015. His exceptional service in a complex case earned him the “Special Recognition Award” for 2004-2005. In 2006, he received the “Humanitarian Award” from the Greater Memphis United Chinese Association. Furthermore, the American Trial Lawyers Association named him one of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” from 2007 to 2011.

Mr. Siegel has extensive courtroom experience, having practiced before the Tennessee Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, and various intermediate appellate and trial courts across Tennessee. He has been trying jury and bench trials since he began his legal career in 1986.

Currently, Mr. Siegel chairs his firm's Catastrophic Injury Practice Group and is an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association. In addition to his legal career, he is a talented musician, playing drums, guitar, and piano, and has recently taken up woodworking as a hobby.
