Eric A. McEnerney

Eric A. McEnerney serves as a litigation attorney at Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, concentrating on auto injury litigation, Social Security Disability, and Supplemental Security Income cases. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Music Business, graduating magna cum laude from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, with a 3.89 GPA.

Mr. McEnerney earned his law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he contributed to the University of Memphis Law Review and was honored with the Jerome Rosengarten Memorial Scholarship. His early career involved practicing immigration law in Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee, which enhanced his Spanish language skills and allowed him to assist clients facing challenging immigration issues.

In February 2012, Mr. McEnerney joined Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, initially representing clients with traumatic injuries. By September 2014, he had shifted his focus to litigating automobile injury cases and representing clients at Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income hearings. His litigation experience spans General Sessions and Circuit Courts in West Tennessee, as well as the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Mr. McEnerney has successfully tried numerous cases and played a key role in securing significant settlements for his clients. His litigation focus has enabled him to achieve favorable settlements, judgments, and Social Security Disability back pay for those he represents.
