Monica R. Rejaei

Monica R. Rejaei has deep roots in the Memphis area, having lived there for most of her life. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Memphis. She further pursued her legal education at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During her time in law school, Ms. Rejaei gained invaluable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James F. Russell of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Tennessee. This role provided her with a comprehensive view of the litigation process and enhanced her legal research and writing skills through drafting memorandums for Judge Russell.

Ms. Rejaei was actively involved in Moot Court, which equipped her with essential courtroom skills. Additionally, she contributed as a staff writer for the University of Memphis Law Review, further honing her research capabilities.

Since joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2010, Ms. Rejaei has managed a diverse caseload, including automobile accidents, wrongful death, social security disability, and primarily, workers' compensation. She leads the firm's Workers' Compensation Practice Group, driven by her commitment to support individuals and families affected by workplace injuries.

Ms. Rejaei's approach is client-focused, ensuring she understands each client's unique situation to secure maximum compensation. Her dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of injured workers is evident in her zealous advocacy and passion for her practice.
