Seth A. Guess

Seth A. Guess, a native of Memphis, Tennessee, has established a strong legal career in the field of personal injury law. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Memphis, where he also minored in political science and Spanish. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Mr. Guess is admitted to practice in Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

Before joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, Mr. Guess worked at an immigration law firm, where he assisted clients from around the globe in their pursuit of lawful permanent residency and citizenship. His commitment to service extends beyond his legal practice, as he actively participates in his church, neighborhood association meetings, and various fundraising events. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Brethren Basketball, Inc., a nonprofit supporting Memphis youth.

In his current role, Mr. Guess is part of the Automobile Accident Practice Group at Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz. He is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of auto accident claims, helping them navigate the challenges posed by insurance companies. Understanding the stress and inconvenience faced by injured victims, Mr. Guess strives to maximize client recovery, allowing them to focus on healing.

Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Guess enjoys family time, traveling, reading history, running, a cappella singing, and supporting the Memphis Tigers and Memphis Grizzlies.
