Daniel J Tobler

Daniel J. Tobler, a native of Southern Utah, has built a reputable legal career grounded in the values of education and hard work, instilled by his parents, a school teacher and farmer. After graduating from Pine View High School, he attended Dixie College and completed a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. At 22, he earned an Associate Degree with honors from Dixie State College and later obtained a Bachelor Degree with honors from Weber State University. He completed his Juris Doctor with honors at Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington.

Upon returning to Utah, Mr. Tobler became a licensed member of the Utah State Bar and actively engaged with the Southern Utah Bar Association. Since 2005, he has collaborated with attorneys across various legal fields.

In 2009, Mr. Tobler joined James E. Slemboski’s firm, achieving partnership status in just two years—a record for the firm. At Slemboski & Tobler, he concentrates on family law, business law, criminal defense, and bankruptcy. Additionally, he offers expertise in immigration, real estate, collections, and estate planning.

Mr. Tobler has served hundreds of clients, leveraging his diverse legal experience to provide comprehensive solutions. Known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, he prioritizes client needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
