William Frazier

William Frazier has earned the trust of hundreds of clients throughout his career, providing solutions to their most complex legal challenges. His approach combines experience, knowledge, creativity, and strong client relationships. Since joining Bangerter Frazier Group in 2005 as an associate, he became a partner in December 2012 and advanced to Managing Partner in March 2018. His primary practice areas include insurance defense, personal injury, professional negligence, labor/employment defense, estate and trust matters/litigation, along with estate planning, construction trades representation, and benefits planning for individuals with disabilities.

In 2012, William was appointed by the Utah Supreme Court as a volunteer Judge Pro Tem for the Washington County Justice Court, a role he continues to fulfill. He also served as President of the Southern Utah Bar Association in 2018. Further enhancing his expertise, William completed a mediation training program at Harvard University in 2020.

Licensed to practice in California, Utah, Nevada, and Washington, William manages litigation from inception through trial and appeal. He has been counsel of record in several significant cases, achieving excellent outcomes for his clients.
