Christopher Paul Saady

Christopher Paul Saady is a distinguished attorney admitted to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his law degree from Campbell University, Norman A. Wiggins School of Law in 1998, following his undergraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University in 1993.

Prior to his tenure at Marcari, Russotto, Spencer, & Balaban, Chris held significant roles including Senior Staff Counsel at The Hartford, Tort Claims Attorney for the Department of the Navy, and Trial Counsel for Nationwide Insurance. In his private practice, he adeptly represented numerous plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

Chris's dedication extends beyond the courtroom; he served in the United States Marine Corps & Reserve from January 1986 to December 1993. Notably, in May 1998, he prioritized his military commitment by attending his first weekend drill over his law school graduation. He served as an enlisted artilleryman, local security chief, and guns platoon sergeant with Hotel Battery, 3d Battalion, 14th Marines in Richmond, Virginia, until May 2003.
