Jeana McMurray

Jeana P. McMurray is a distinguished litigator with extensive expertise in real estate, title, foreclosure, landlord-tenant, collections, contracts, wills, estates, and business disputes. Since 2012, Jeana has provided legal representation to homeowners, mortgage lenders, loan servicers, banks, landlords, business owners, and families. Her practice encompasses a wide range of issues, from intricate mortgage disputes to straightforward will or deed drafting. Jeana is committed to ensuring clear communication and comprehensive support for her clients.

Jeana's academic journey began with a bachelor's degree from University of California San Diego, followed by earning her juris doctorate at Regent University School of Law. During her law studies, she was instrumental in founding the Center for Global Justice and contributed to legislative efforts against human trafficking in India.

Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland, Jeana is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Her relocation from San Diego to Virginia in 2009 led her to settle in Yorktown, where she enjoys family life with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. In her leisure time, Jeana delights in baking, exploring the mountains and beaches, and experiencing the local culture of the Peninsula.
