Elizabeth Engert Manzo

Elizabeth Engert Manzo serves as a shareholder at the esteemed Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. Her practice areas include ERISA and employee benefits law, elder law, trust and estate planning, and estate litigation. In 2016, Elizabeth achieved the Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) designation, recognized by the National Elder Law Foundation, the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to confer this title. This certification is held by only 400 attorneys across the United States.

Elizabeth's academic credentials are notable. She graduated with a B.A. from Rutgers College in New Jersey, where she was a Henry Rutgers Scholar and graduated with high honors. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law. During her time there, she contributed to The Seton Hall Legislative Law Journal and served as a legislative intern with the Office of the Governor’s Counsel. She is also a graduate of the Richard J. Hughes American Inns of Court.
