Scott Parsons

Scott A. Parsons is a distinguished senior partner at O’Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble, LLC, practicing law since 1984. Recognized as a leader in his field, Mr. Parsons excels in plaintiffs' personal injury law, particularly in cases involving major automobile negligence, construction accidents, and medical malpractice.

In June 2021, Mr. Parsons achieved a remarkable settlement of $17.165 million in a complex personal injury case. His client, who endured bilateral above-the-knee amputations after being struck by an uninsured dump truck, was represented against the subcontractor, Project Manager, and General Contractor for failing to confirm the trucker's insurance coverage.

Among his notable successes, Mr. Parsons secured a $6 million settlement for a plaintiff in a railroad accident and achieved a $6 million verdict in a medical malpractice case involving an incorrect pain injection. This case set a significant precedent in New Jersey, benefiting plaintiffs' attorneys in achieving larger verdicts. Additionally, he settled a lawsuit for $6 million against a rehabilitation facility and won a $5.15 million verdict in a case where a nosebleed led to a stroke.
