Michael Jeremiah Seck

Michael J. Seck, originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, was admitted to the Virginia bar on October 12, 2001, and to the Supreme Court of Virginia on October 29, 2001. He later gained admission to the Supreme Court of New Jersey on December 7, 2002, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, on December 31, 2001.

Mr. Seck earned a B.A. in Politics from Elon College, North Carolina, in August 1996, graduating seventh in his class. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Michigan, in January 2001, where he was recognized on the dean’s list and honor roll.

His practice areas encompass Criminal Law, including adult and juvenile felonies and misdemeanors, driving while intoxicated, and traffic law. He also handles divorce, domestic relations, adoption, civil litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, business & corporate law, wills and estates, HOA disputes, consumer protection, products liability, and personal injury.

Michael J. Seck is actively involved in various professional associations, including the Virginia Bar Association, Loudoun County Bar Association, Loudoun County Criminal Defense Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Prior to founding The Law Office of Michael J. Seck, PLC, he worked at the United States House of Representatives and Senate for Congressman and Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS). He was also a founding member of Kazem, Whitbeck, Seck & Kazem, PLC, before returning to his solo practice. A native of Fairfax County, Mr. Seck graduated from McLean High School.
